Before you start

You'll need admin access to your Meta Business Suite. This process takes about 3 minutes.

Enter the email address from the top of this page. If I gave you a Business ID number instead, select "Partner Business ID" and enter that.

💡 Tip: Make sure you're entering exactly what I provided - email addresses are case-sensitive in some systems.

Assign Assets

Select which assets to share access to:

  • Ad Accounts - Select your main ad account(s)
  • Pages - Select your Facebook Page(s)
  • Pixels - Select if you have tracking pixels set up

For each asset, set the permission level to "Manage" or "Full Control" (depending on what we discussed).

Confirm & Send Invitation

Review your selections and click "Send Invitation" or "Save Changes".

I'll receive an email notification and can accept the access from my end.

🎉 You're all set!

I'll confirm once I've accepted the invitation and have access.

Usually takes less than 24 hours. If you don't hear from me, just send a quick message.

Having trouble? Common issues:
  • Make sure you're logged into the right Facebook account (one with admin access)
  • If you can't find Partners, you may need to upgrade to a Business Account first
  • Some older accounts use "Business Manager" instead of "Business Suite" - same process, slightly different layout
