HubSpot Setup

Grant access to your HubSpot account for CRM and marketing automation

What you'll need

Admin access to your HubSpot account. This process takes about 3 minutes and allows us to build automated workflows, manage contacts, and create marketing emails on your behalf.

Go to your HubSpot Settings

Log into your HubSpot account and click the Settings gear icon in the top navigation bar.

Click the gear icon in the top right

Navigate to Users & Teams

In the left sidebar, click Users & Teams under the Account Setup section.

Click "Create user"

Click the orange Create user button in the top right corner.

Enter EMB Automation email

Enter the following email address:

Select permissions

Choose the appropriate permission set based on what we're helping with:

  • Super Admin - Full access (recommended for comprehensive automation)
  • Marketing - For email campaigns and marketing automation only
  • Sales - For CRM and deal pipeline automation only
Tip: For building custom integrations and workflows, Super Admin access allows us to work most efficiently.

Send the invite

Click Next and then Send invite. I'll receive an email and accept the invitation.

🎉 That's it!

Once you've sent the invite, let me know and I'll accept it right away. We can then start building your automations.
